In case you feel that the product received is not as mentioned on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will evaluate your complaint and take appropriate action.
In case of technical issues in the product arising from our end, we will dispatch a new one basis the return of the old product. The Product should be returned along with the original packaging and without any damage (physical or otherwise) to be eligible for an exchange. Under no circumstance will we refund the amount for a delivered product.
