If you are using a Computer/Laptop, kindly follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the home page of the support.adda247.com
  2. On the right hand side find the link to Generate a ticket. Click on the link.
  3. A window will appear. Fill in the Email ID, the Subject you are having a query in, Mobile Number, the department in which you are having the problem and the detailed description to your problem.
  4. You can also attach a pdf or doc or a jpg/png file of your query through Attach a file link at the bottom
  5. Click on submit button.
  6. Your query will be recorded.


If you are using your mobile phone to post a query follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the home page of the support.adda247.com
  2. You will find a '+' sign right next to search bar above the knowledge base section. Click on that sign.
  3. A window will appear. Fill in the Email ID, the Subject you are having a query in, Mobile Number, the department in which you are having the problem and the detailed description to your problem,
  4. You can also attach a pdf or doc or a jpg/png file of your query through Attach a file link at the bottom
  5. Click on submit button.
  6. Your query will be recorded.


After your query has been recorded, our team will reach back to you at the earliest.
